It's not "maybe"! You will! When I first started this diet I was just like you. When I weight myself and realized I had lost 2lbs I was shocked!!! I couldn't believe it! Now I'm down 12lbs and still eat what I want, but keep an eye on my portions!
You are doing great! Keep up the good work!

feeling like maybe i AM going to be able to keep the weight off (and maybe lose some?) over winter... my new plan is to eat a TON of apples. (maybe one before each meal...) and some as snacks... one before bed... ?? not sure.
just gotta buy a bunch at the store. they're in season now anyways.
