Seriously started new lifestyle about, 5 wks ago. and have lost 11 lbs. This "SPARK STUFF" REALLY works !!! feeling good about my commitment and so glad to have a site like the Sparkpeople: site to help me along the way I've got about 35 lbs or maybe a bit more to go..
