Good for you for exercising with fibro though! Lots of women with fibro use it as an excuse to do nothing. I find that when I am active every day, I tend to have fewer flare-ups and they are more manageable when they do happen.
I'm really proud of myself lost 10 lbs and 10.5 inches in July so far from swimming! It's difficult for me to exercise with the fibro and I can't wait for the pool to open up and I'm taking full advantage of it while it is. I just wish the humming birds and humming bird moths would show up.......
