Hi, and welcome to Spark People!!! Try recording what you are eating for a few days either in a personal notebook or by using Spark's nutrition tracker. You can find it under the orange "My Trackers" tab at the top of the page. The tracker can also give you a calorie counts on the foods that you are eating. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and get at least 10 minutes of continuous physical activity in each day; even if it is only dancing to your favorite music. Dancing can be fun and it burns a lot of calories. Try to eat fruits and veggies, and lean protein. Avoid or cut back of white foods such as potatoes, flour, rice, and pasta. hi everybody! I've tried so many different diets to lose weight and exercized and my body just doesn't want to loose the weight ill get a few pounds to come off but not a dramatic change. I am very frustrated and I am a college student and all i do is go to school and work and never get any sleep please someone help me!
