Hi, and welcome to Spark People!!! Try recording what you are eating for a few days either in a personal notebook or by using Spark's nutrition tracker. You can find it under the orange "My Trackers" tab at the top of the page. The tracker can also give you a calorie counts on the foods that you are eating. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and get at least 10 minutes of continuous physical activity in each day; even if it is only dancing to your favorite music. Dancing can be fun and it burns a lot of calories. Try to eat fruits and veggies, and lean protein. Avoid or cut back of white foods such as potatoes, flour, rice, and pasta. I wish you much success!!
