Could you change up your diet a little? Add in more vegetables and whole grains? I have no idea; maybe you're already eating super healthy; but I have found in the past when I've stalled out that sometimes I need to just change up my routine. It kind of seems to surprise my body into losing weight again.

Otherwise, just keep on keeping on! You have done a great job so far and should be so proud of yourself! You'll get going again eventually. I know how hard it is to not see the scale moving the way you wish it would. Don't give up, though! :)

I have been stalled on the weightloss since mid Jan. I do HIIT interval training. NAd I change up my routine regularly.

Forget about it.

If you are losing inches you are losing fat. The scale will catch up eventually.

There can be many reasons the scale and the tape measure do not match. If at least one of these is still going down - keep doing what you're doing! :)

When they both stop - then panic.

how long has your weight stalled.....? Are you tracking all your food.....?

Hi JENNANNHARG,

When you say you hit a plateau, how long has it been since you have lost any weight? Have you tried upping the intensity of your cardio workouts?

I've lost about 65 - 70 lbs in the last year. I'm still watching my diet very carefully and I have upped my workouts. I'm doing cardio (running, spin, and elliptical) and have also started weight and strength training. I know I am doing something right because the inches have gone down but I seem to be stuck on a plateau with my weight. I'm getting a little frustrated. I'm not sure what I need to be doing to jump start the weight loss again. I've tried everything.
