Hi Ashley, Welcome to SP! Good for you on taking the first step to being a healthier you. It's great you have a goal in mind, but make sure your goal is doable so you don't get discouraged. Losing 1-2 pounds per week is a good weekly goal. If you haven't done so already, join a few Spark Teams that interest you as that's a good way to make new friends and be accountable.
