Well, I wasn't even close. I lost about 3.5 pounds this month. I am very proud of my work out habits, but I now know I have to focus on food.

Lost 1.4lbs this week, not bad. Wow this team is very quite...only couple of members are regularly updating us on thier progress. No motivational msgs...hmm I think I am going to leave, good luck guys

Down 1.7 bringing my total to 2.8. Since there are less than two weeks left, I am probably not going to make my goal, but I will keep trying!

Hi, welcome to everyone new!

Lucky_Sparks, don't give up! You can do it, if you keep doing everything right the weight will come off. Are you tracking your food? If you are working out a lot it could be that you are not eating enough and your body is storing what you do eat as fat because it is not getting enough, sounds a little off I know, but you do need to make sure you eat enough to fuel your body for workouts. Try varying your ranges for your carbs and calories for a couple of days, eat at the high end on one day, then to the low range the next day. Keeps your body guessing.

So, I've done good keeping within my ranges but I did miss my workout today. My in-laws came over for dinner to celebrate FIL's birthday so the day just got away from me getting dinner ready and everything. On a good note, I don't think I sat down longer than 10 mins, hopefully that counts for something!

Hi all

I hope everyone is doing good with their weight loss regime.I have been working out too hard for last 3 weeks .I started in mid of dec 2011 and lost just 1.5 lbs in the beginning. After that my weight is stuck ...and i am surprised.I dont overeat and not crash dieting and log my meals.
I fear i am going to give up...

I am also going to join this challenge, even though 10 days into January I don't think I can pull off 10 pounds. It give me something to shoot for.

So far today I'm doing good, guess being my first day trying to get back on track it should be good or I'm in trouble! Did my weights and I am still under for tracking, I just have to figure out the best thing to have for a light snack after supper to get all my tracking in the right range. Love when I am under and I actually have to look for things to eat!
