While I'm not disabled, my mobility becomes more difficult each year despite my exercising. I've recently joined a team, "Chair Exercise Team" which has given me a new spark to get moving more in a new way. There are all kinds of tips and links to videos which I think you may find helpful - you can check out the team here:

hello iam disabled i have had 4 knee surgeries on the same knee i can walk but with a walker i cant exersie very well i have dumbbells like the 3lbs and 5 lbs to help my uper body need some advice to how to exersie my legs and stregthen them

find what your good at and give it your all dont give up keep on swimming
