While I'm not disabled, my mobility becomes more difficult each year despite my exercising. I've recently joined a team, "Chair Exercise Team" which has given me a new spark to get moving more in a new way. hello iam disabled i have had 4 knee surgeries on the same knee i can walk but with a walker i cant exersie very well i have dumbbells like the 3lbs and 5 lbs to help my uper body need some advice to how to exersie my legs and stregthen them
