Food items, I tried googling, and while it did come up with lots of different websites that would answer one ? it left me having to do another search if my criteria changes, it's not what I want.

The website in question, has a lot more options, and easy to add or remove variables. I really liked the idea of one website does it all. I'll keep looking because I know the link is somewhere in the Diet and Nutrition forum, just getting dizzy going thru so many topics.

are you looking for a specific food item or recipes that are "high protein, high fiber, low calorie"?

The spark recipe page link is:
http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/browse-reci
pes.asp
you can do a specific search for different lunch, breakfast, dinner, and snack recipes based on whatever specifications you'd like

If your are just looking for a list of food items that are high protein, high fiber, and low calorie, I'd just Google it

I remember seeing that link as well, but I believe that it was here on the message boards. Sorry, but I did not keep the link either.

Recently while searching recipes on SparkPeople, I discovered a link to a website that you could enter something like, "high protein, high fiber, low calorie" and it would suggest foods that met that criteria. However, I neglected to save the link, can anyone help me find that link or know of such a website?
