I would also suggest joining a team with like interests or goals, it really helps to be a part of a team. Its great for motivation and encouragment...and for making friends!
Hi my name is Katie. I am a single mom of a 11 year old daughter. I am 38 years old. I work at home for a paid survey company and attend bible college online part time through Ames Christian university. I began my weight loss journey 3 years ago I weighed 250 pounds and wore a size 26W. I am currently 179 pounds.
my goals are: 1. to stop binge/ under eating (I do both) currently taking a online class to address it. will blog each days journey
2.Tame my sweet tooth ( sweets are my biggest weakness)
3. to log the good bad, ugly of my food
4. to do the spark people boot camp consistently and work out at least 25 minuets a day accept Sunday
5. to surround myself with positive people and leave Debbie downer behind.
