Hi and welcome to SP! I would suggest looking for a spark team with those same goals! It can really help with questions and also with encouragement and motivation...
Here are a couple to get you started but feel free to find your own, go to the top of the page on the right side where it says community. Put your cursor over that then in the drop down box go to sparkteams...there you can search for teams with like interests and/or goals...

I am 25 years and am really trying to get my weight down and trying to learn how to. I am have been doing good for the most part but I am still having trouble with finding a high protein with low sodium and low cholesterol. If anyone has ideas I would appreciate the input.
