I use Ken's light Italian dressing, maybe a dolop of plain greek yogurt if I want it creamy. I use the Barilla Veggie pasta and toss in stuff I like--Asparagus, peas, tomato, feta cheese, white beans, artichoke hearts, red pepper.....just whatever floats my boat on that day! have fun with it!
