Thanks for replying to me DREAVG, and I agree if only counts if it works for me, however, I am doing a project for school,and one of the things I need to do for this project is to find at least 1 person who has successfully implemented this same behavior change and ask them for their strategies for successful behavior change and what were these suggestions.

Hi,

I have had some success with a three day a week program. That said, it doesn't matter what has worked for anyone else. If this is working for you, keep going.

Every day find a little time for yourself, even if it is only 15 minutes, as long as that time is just for you. Better yet is if that time is fun.

I am working to set up a 3 day a week workout schedule and trying to find others who had successfully accomplished this for motivation. Is there anyone out there who can help?
