That would be a great accomplishment even without the migraine but getting in that ride while in pain was amazing.

You're doing great! emoticon

Congrats!!! You are off to a incredible start for the season. Remember to keep it easy though, so you don't get sore and have to give it up for a while...

And do you realize that most bikes hanging in garages have an ** Average ** of 25 miles on them total?!! With a two hour ride, you're well on your way to blowing that statistic for your bike!! Keep up the good work, and keep Celebrating!!

Congrats to you. I also did a long ride yesterday-the Chico Wildflower- after getting a new bike and a trainer for past 3 weeks. It was gorgeous, hot and my sister, brother and daughter went also! Yahoo!

Even though i woke up with a migraine his morning, i know how much exercise helps my pain. it was so nice out anyway to stay lock up so i decided to go for a bike ride. i have been looking forward to this all winter. I love the trails that run through out the city of Topeka. Today I decided to take the east route because it's the easiest and the shortest so I thought. I didn't realize how far it went ant I didn't go to the very end. I looked at my watch when i got home and realized two hours had passed! My long term goal I would like to accomplish by the end of this summer is to ride the whole trail in one day but I have heard that it is endless. There's only one way to find out.
