Chef Meg had a recipe over the weekend for a chili garlic paste that could be added to Asian recipes and soups. Can someone please send me a link to this recipe. I never got a chance to add it to my recipes and now I can't find it. It could be made 3 different ways, with lots of parsley, with lots of chilies for heat, and one other way.
