Now I'm discovering how useful Greek yogurt is in recipes! It replaces so many other, non-nutritional items. I'm a big Fage fan, but I think I might try making my own (it hadn't occurred to me until visiting this board)!

Mmmm I love Greek yogurt, it's my little piece of Heaven.
I haven't tried quinoa other than on a bread a buy. I took a look at a bag of the stuff and it was $15! Greek yogurt is already almost double the amount of money as reg. yogurt and I'm not made of money, lol. ;)
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
Well, I ate sweet potatoes (REAL ones and not canned or with marshmallows!) and homemade soups since I was a wee lass! But didn't have Quinoa or Greek yogurt until recent years.

"Getting through trials doesn't reveal our strength. (No, the trials do a pretty good job of that.) Getting through trials reveals God's grace and produces our character. So yes, get up. If God allows, get up to fight the good fight. But as you wipe the dust off your back, don't pat." -Jimmy Peña
Love yogurt of all kinds, quinoa I plan to eat more of and introduce it to hubby, sweet potatoes (NOT out of a can with syrup!) have become a staple. Gone are the days of most all meals consisting of something that came out of a box or can!
I've tried several Greek yogurts and always return to FAGE. However, I just bought Aldi's Greek yogurt and I think it is giving FAGE a run for its money! I love using the plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream.
