Another day...and it's like this...
When we move the coffee pot and cups and saucers to another place, we are so used to them being there that we go to pick them up anyway. I will need to change my cappucino for a green or fruit tea, and I hope I will automatically say, 'Green tea' when I'm asked.

I'm having an 'oh no' moment, caused by chocolate eggs and Easter food, and the sure feeling that the scales are lying to me/I've been lying to the scales; perhaps because i have been leaning forward on them to find the right weight, rather than just standing still.

On the blessing side, I went looking for a pair of leather shoes and found some reduced by 30 and just know that's God blessing me. Thank You, Father.

from yester emoticon day, and after Easter, back with juicing,
breakfast:
6oz berries.
2 apples.
a chunk of iceberg lettuce......juice!
add 2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder.

an hour now on my bike. would love to build it up to two hours.

3 thin slices of sprouted wheat bread, and cottage cheese, a small pear for desert.
150 ml wheat grass juice, a bottled source, tho i prefer it unsweetened.

juiced...3 spears of broccoli, half a pink grapefruit, 2 apples, 2 pears, 1 tomato; with a tablespoon of hemp seed.

@ lunchtime i juiced:
some tomatoes,
chicory,
two v. small raw beetroots,
an apple, a pear, and a tiny piece of broccoli. it came out a deep, dark red, full of life!
there was a froth on the top, so in the glass i added a desertspoon of dessicated coconut,

8 carrots [organic]
1 large cucumber [organic]
1 small birds eye pepper
1 tbsp coconut palm flower nectar [organic]
to help with the pepper

caught a flu-like virus, in the closing stages of it, and unable yet to go walking, tho i'm counting all the steps i make as the days run in together.

emoticon went for 10,000 step walk today. so going round the bay takes more steps than going up into the new town. surprisingly, 6,000 + and that's 3,000 more than i'd counted.

i've joined the 10k step group, and have found my stepper calculator. i used to count 'bike minutes' for stepping with the step diet book, not sure i can use this this time. this seaside town has lots of hills, and many pleasant walks. emoticon emoticon emoticon

i'm not the greatest thing since peanut butter.. i make mistakes all the time it seems. well it doesn't seem, i do. what? i get cross with people who mess a bout with me ; i wish i could get out of this body ; there again i'm looking for the rapture of the saints, then with all the others i will be changed in the twinkling of an eye..........Lord, if You find any thing hidden in any corner of my heart, please help me deal with it for You. Pleas e forgive any pride in my life and help me to love people who dont or wont wash because its You, and they may not know they are You to me. i stand there and think oh no why do i get you of all people...where is my compassion??? its lost its way in an unclean fog. You hear me say often okay dont breathe, or lets get above this [serving customers] and i stand up in my seat. i eat crisps in the bathroom, and will shoot a packet under something rather than being seen. i've always been a secret eater, i dont care about this that i've shared it with you. and i dont care what you may think either, because i have shared this God will heal me, save my mother, and love extraordinarily through me all those who need Him. my next blog is called thank You. you may need to pray before you read it. i pray you'll pray, amen.

fruit, a slice of watermelon, or an apple, or an orange...
4oz meat or fish, or two medium free range eggs or a duck egg, hard boiled, or soft boiled/egg cups.

for breakfast, 150-200g provamel soya yogurt, plain, no sugar or sweetner
100g frozen berries, strawberries, blackberries, red berries,
3 teaspoons soya lecithin granules,
1 tablespoon organic ground flaxseeds.

1 mug decaffeinated tea, Sweet & Low sweetner/soy lite soya milk.
ideally, 1 multivitamin.

yesterday while having my walk and looking into the waves of the sea it occurred to me that God had had His holy bible written ahead of anything that happens in the present day. there is provision for me there.
so i have run out of housekeeping money mid month and for once i wont be able to rely on me to get me through til pay day.
