It is good to laugh, even if it is at yourself.

At our house, we laugh alot. It's either that, or cry some days. Laughing helps relieve stress and tension, and feels so good! It helps keep all of us positive :) emoticon

There's a song that Joni Mitchell wrote that has a line in it that I firmly believe.
"Laughin' and cryin' you know it's the same release" is what it says.

I believe crying and laughing are two sides of the same coin and one can lead to the other. emoticon

My husband and I laugh when I misunderstand what he is saying. I'll ask him to repeat it because what I thought I heard isn't even close to what he actually said.
It feels good to laugh...even at ourselves.

Right now I'm still laughing with you! Have you turned orange yet?

My funniest was when I was a cashier. I raced out of my area to help a customer, tripped over a stack of baskets and went head over heels, doing a full somersault and landing on my feet! Everybody in the store was laughing and applauding. I'm still amazed when I think of it!!!!! emoticon

I believe that you should be able to laugh at yourself. I think laughter is good medicine. my rommate bought me a 5 lb. bag of carrots 11 days ago. It took me 11 days to eat 5 lbs. of carrots. I think that is so funny..........even tho I love carrots. So what is your funny moment where you laugh at yourself.......... emoticon
