Keep trying! It's one of the most important things you can do for your health.
Many people who quit have to try again and again and again. Analyze what went wrong this time and make a plan for it. That doesn't mean something else won't happen, but every time you try you get closer to being unhooked.
I'm quit for 5+years, and I tried and tried countless times before I finally succeeded. If I can do it, anyone can. Try again!

I quit smoking 3 days ago... it's getting a lot easier. I'm using patches and I have an e-cigarette, but mostly I just really want to succeed. Hope you're holding strong!!
Congratulations on taking one of the most important steps you can for your health! It's great that you can look back and realize that you felt good before you started smoking, and you can again. It won't always be easy, but don't forget that good feeling of being tobacco-free.
