As others said, tracking correctly the food eaten (which is a chore in the beginning, but gets easier and easier as you do it) is no. 1 priority in achieving and maintaining fat loss. Exercise helps, but it is no.2 priority. So keep exercising as you do now, and track your caloric intake; try to keep it withing the daily caloric range. This should help to a certain extent, but you may still come across problems in losing all of this last 10 pounds, especially if you are already in the normal body fat % range for your gender and age. Any further reduction of body fat % is possible, but it can be much more difficult than just eating at a caloric deficiency (check to see what competitive bodybuilders do when they are "cutting").

That, right there, might be the solution that helps you shed the last 10 pounds. What does "mostly healthy" mean?

The last 10 lbs is the hardest because we can't create as large of a calorie deficit as we used to. It's also possible that hormones (leptin, specifically) are working against us making weight loss more difficult. This is when paying attention to your diet is vital. When I was overweight, the weight came off easy... now I have to be extra diligent about measuring everything I eat. I also had to *lower* my cals to 1200 because I was no longer losing weight at 1350-1400 cals. This broke me through my first plateau and I lost 3 lbs and broke through the 120's.
Some people found eating more was what helped them break through a plateau. I found eating less and being more strict in measuring helped me. You have to remember diet is 80% of weight loss. If you're not tracking; fitness isn't the issue. I still tracked everything the entire time but I began eye balling a lot of my portion sizes. I am willing to bet I racked up an extra 100 cals or more a day by just getting a little flaky with my measuring.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
You can eat healthy and still overeat. I have gone over my calories while just eating healthy foods. If you want to lose the last 10 pounds then you will need to start tracking. It is a pain to start with, but it gets easier and it is the only way to see what you are really eating.
There are no shortcuts. No magic bullets. No secret spells. What works is hard work, dedication, and a daily dose of chocolate.
You can't out exercise a bad diet. If you want to lose, start tracking.

If u are really working your butt off physically then you are probably developing muscles.....muscles weigh more then fat.....Ask yourself are you the size you want to be such as waist and hip measurements....i stopped trying to loose weight a month ago because i was the size i wanted to be but kept up watching what i eat and exercise the result is i have lost another 2 lbs...try walking at a medium to fast pace for an hour a day if possible rather then muscle building activity
