Hi, I have had my bank since 2006. I lost 100 pounds the first year or so. Did really well. But the last 2 years I seem to have lost my motivation and have gained about 30 pounds back. I need to get back on track. It has been a good thing for me so far. I really never counted calories just portions.
My granddaughter and son also had the band. She lost over 160 pounds but had a really bad band slip and had to have it removed. My son just didn't like it and also had his removed. So ar I haven't had any issues and want to keep it and get back at it.
