I'm not sure what you're looking for - Kuchen is just the German word for cake, and of course there are tons of varieties.

One very popular German cake is Pflaumenkuchen (Plum Cake), like this one:

flaumenkuchen-vom-Blech.html

Here's one translated, an apple cake: ekrst.wordpress.com/2012/11/17/viennese-ap
ple-cake/

Also, a marbled bundt cake is fairly typical, such as this one: www.lecker.de/rezept/1661953/Marmor-Napfku
chen.html

Another is Bienenstich (bee sting), a cake with almonds and honey en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bienenstich
