I agree that getting exercise advice from your doc will be your best bet. I also agree that 800 calories per day is not enough for good health, and will also make weight loss more difficult in the long run.

I am glad to hear you made some dietary changes. However, 800 calories a day is too low. I know the SP minimum for women is 1200 and for men, 1500. I encourage you to stay within your SP range. Really. It works.

ok, i have an apt on wed. with a ortho doc. i was just hoping on what kind of exercises people do, other than legs...im doing chin ups, pull ups, crunches but i'm getting bored. also, i'm already down to about 800 calories; an egg, a salad and 8 oz of shrimp with broccoli for dinner
