Before starting any kind of program, it's important to get proper instruction by an in-person professional, not just a video or through exercise demos. It's easy to injure yourself if you don't use proper technique.

I've been interested in trying kettleball but don't know much about them. What would you recommend for starting weight? I have purchased a 8lb one but should I go back and get a lighter/heavier one? What kinds of results did you experience? Any other info is appreciated!
