Hi! I try not to give in to my moods. Today another pebble off my weight. Another big pound & 2 ounces. At that rhythm, I have better be prepared for the long haul. ALL messages keep me focused and I know that since most of the Sparkers achieve success, I can do it TOO. The most difficult isn't the food , but the exercise! Next week I'll go for an X-ray of my knee to see what's wrong, in the meantime, I'll move as much as I can. Reading the posts make me stick to my decision that I have to persist and when my willpower weakens I read another post.

Hi! to all of You Fellow Sparkers! I am a 60 something. Been slim most of my life. Started to expand after an accident which left me with a lame ankle and led to arthrose in most of my joints. I used to be very active and did sport in a regular if not intensive way. Walking has become an ordeal but I force myself and have even borrowed an older dog, who has become my walking companion .He is also benefiting of my company, since HE also suffer of arthrose.. We suffer together and encourage each other. I have to loose 45 pounds, since to top it all I am pre-diabetic. I take this program very seriously, and get all the motivation possible to stay on track. Thanks Jambabyo for your answer. every little encouragement will count !

Try putting the first number of your age in the team search bar followed by a 0 and the word something - for example - "30 something" it is a good place to start looking for a good team. You could also use your hobbies or interests. Good luck on your journey!

Congrats ..sometimes I go weeks without losing any weight at all but I keep going bc I know that I getting healthier ..keep going ...small changes equal big rewards

Second week ! I lost a bit the first week..... a whooooole pound! it is better than putting it on and also I am not exhilarated, nevertheless it is progress. I'll keep on . As my son's says : the lower you fall, the higher you will rebound. I hope He is right.
