I have been successfully dieting for some time now and want to keep with what i have been doing. My diet plan mostly consists of whole grains, fruits(mostly Berries for diabetic reasons) And high protein meats and fish.I am trying to find a way to track my carbs and calories without using the meal plan provided by this site
