Hey howdy there!
I had an idea for a weekend event that involves individual servings of jello (homemade, not shelf-stable). problem is its all outside and I can't keep it in the fridge. there're a few things I'd love advice on:
1. how long can you keep jello in the fridge before it starts to get all melty and watery? been a while since i made it.
2. I'm putting the jello into individual serving baggies ("bag o' brains"--its a zombie thing), what's a good way to keep them cold enough to prevent them from melting, i mean, is an ice chest full of ice underneath the jello enough? would I have to put some on top, too?
