I must cook for husband who has many restrictions. We have trouble with getting enough fats. The carbs are fine. We must restrict amounts of protein due to kidney problems. It is great to have the nutrition tracker. We ended up with lunches that have low sodium tuna or chicken salad. I use olive oil mayonnaise. He has olive oil margarine on toast or on one slice of bread. The bottom line is that when we click and get the balance, He feels GREAT. Worth the effort!
