One valuable thing I learned through tracking is to keep a balance of all the required nutrients for each day. Because I eat a Vegan diet, I wasn't getting all the protein I was supposed to but thanks to tracking on SparkPeople, I know I am getting a better balance and I'm not as hungry as I was before I started finding ways to increase my protein. This is awesome for me.
