As far as calorie amount---I have no idea.
The tahini paste (ground sesame seeds) is going to be the source of calories and fat. But I wonder how much was used??? 1 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon??

Hi! I just bought a 3 oz container of dehydrated kale chips. They're locally made, no nutrition information, but the ingredients are basically kale, tahini, and vinegar, no oil. I have no idea what a serving size would be or what the calories on this would be. Anyone have any ideas?
