It isn't all about that # on the scale. Remember muscle weighs more than fat, and you could have had a hard month with #s because the muscle/fat ratio may have been changing. Celebrate everything you do, regardless if that number shows it or not. :)
iv been struglling for over month now and not 1 pound has come off the scale. Today i stepped on scale and 2 lbs are off it could be fluck but im taking it . ALso im very proud of my self yesterday being valentines day i did not eeat 1 candy cookie dounut brownie or sweet,... YEA me i resisted... thats all hope every having great day... THANKS for letting me brag
