I signed up for Spark Coach yesterday and went ahead and signed up for the paid part today. It is very reasonable and I am hoping this will help me get back on track. I think I will go and reset everything also. I am beginning again.

I just signed up also. Looking forward to a little one on one so to speak. I think one of my major problems with success is that I am not accountable to anyone except myself...sometimes I am a little to lenient with me and sometimes I am way to hard on myself. Need others to give me a bit of balance.

I just started a new SP account after about a year away. I also started SparkCoach, which seems pretty great so far.

I'm on day 11 of my Spark Coach trial and I am enjoying it. I'll probably sign up for it in a couple weeks as I have some questions I want to ask the coaches. When I do, I was thinking about resetting everything too & just take a whole new fresh approach to this. Like you, I want a healthy lifestyle and have found some great people here on SP for support & encouragement.
