Usual Saturday routine.. Raining, only 6 of us showed up for Zumba. After the gym I went to the bank, and the fruit market. Bought a pretty pink colored dragon fruit....can't wait to eat it tonight. Planning to watch Season 2 of "Orange is the new Black" later. Kind of a boring day, Okay for me.
So good to see so many respond. Today I dont have any plans. As the rest of the week is going to be go go go!! Going to pick up my custom orthotics tomorrow. and grocery shop. Had hoped to go to the farmers market today but it looks like rain. Luckily for me, my neighbor has beans and corn and tomatoes and he is always offering to share.

I had a so-so day, "diet" wise... I over ate by about 125 calories, going slightly over on fats and carbs. But I have only had a few of these days in the past nearly two months....plus I exercised 30 minutes on the elliptical, so I am NOT beating myself up.
Maybe it was a better day than I thought....6 weeks ago, I'd have been so angry and frustrated with myself over this... :) attitude is everything!

Having a decent day myself. Eat well and am working at getting back to exercising. Still have to be careful with the foot...but it's on the mend.
as I tell people I am stressed (a lot going on) and blessed (by God). went to weight lifting class this a.m. I so do love that class. I got shorts bouts of cardio in too. I usually do intense cardio but today was not that day......but watch tomorrow.

I'm on some new bp medicines about two weeks one of the side effects is weakness today I did 30 minutes without me feeling I'm dragging a ball on my feet. I was up to 40 min. So I guess my body adjusting I get back extending my walk. So it been a great day for me also.

I had a lovely chopped chicken salad for lunch from Subway today. Came home to do some cleaning and watch some Neflix before cooking dinner. Did some stair stepping and dumbbells for exercise. We are getting ready to see more rain here. I look forward to the day when my foot is healed and I can get back to the walking track, it has been a decent day so far. How was yours???
