hello, i just joined sparkpeople for the second time. about a year ago, sparkpeople helped me lose 10 pounds, but somehow i fell off the wagon. i've since gained weight back, and really trying to get into shape while i'm young and have the energy and metabolism. i'm trying to lose 20-30 pounds, and while i can eat right without much of a struggle, making myself exercise is dreadful. i don't have much of a support system, but i'm hoping to get the encouragment to continue a healthy regimen here.
