We all know what to do, just don't always feel like doing it, REPEAT and REPENT, cute phrases don't change it, even after years and years, so, apparently "eating something good Does feel better than being skinny", more often than not.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

If you look at the big picture...one overindulgence, if it's a holiday party or something, doesn't matter. As long as you don't keep doing it.

I agree Spark Friends It is okay to let yourself have a treat or two but I am talking about whole bags of chips and half of pies--Just overdoing it way too much--that is what I am talking about---

Just smiling goes a long way towards making you feel better about life--Your life will be better-With a optimistic, positive attitude towards life, the possibilities for your second prime are tremendous--

I get these feelings if I overindulge too. The key here is overindulge. Everything in moderation is the way to go.

In most cases it won't matter what you eat as long as the most part is a healthy diet. BUT and a big but is keeping in your calorie range. Go and eat a big "jo bloggs" burger but don't do it too often and stick to your calories.

Junk food and carb hangovers are what I call the "day after " --when I overindulge in junk food and sweets --the headache, the being cranky, the restlessness, just a few reasons ---it just isn't worth it !! Just sticking to eating fruits and veggies with some protein for a few days, makes a world of difference in how much better I feel--and if it makes a difference in just a few days, a habit of doing this everyday --is a lot better --I have done it before and I can do it again!! Nothing taste as good as skinny feels!!
