Use the teams search bar and type in your interests/hobbies or type in the first number of your age followed by a 0 and the word something. Example "30 something", good luck on your journey

New here, hope it will put me in the right mind set toehold me lose the weight that I have gained due to a accident. Since June 6th, 2012, shattered ankle, was in bed for 16 weeks and gained 20 lens on complete bedrest. Nothing I do is working to get the weight off. My activity level has bottomed out, breathless all the time, never been at such a low point. Hope this will jump start my mind and metabolism, to clear sailing on this horrible journey.
