If your machine is just giving you the juice, and spitting out the fiberous pulp, use this as an estimate:
1/2 cup fruit juice = 60 calories 1/2 cup veggie juice = 20 calories

From what I have seen of what happens to an apple in a juicer (vs. a cider press- we did an experiment this fall!), it's basically apple puree. You may be losing some fiber; certainly the core. But it seems like it would be almost comparable, to me!
