OK I'll look at @4 lbs a month since I'm on a one lb a week goal. Thank you for good advice

Hi Everyone,
I just joined yesterday and I'm still learning all the tools of the spark page. I started at 208 lbs and my first goal is 185 by Feb 25th 2014. Mt final goal will be 159 by Sept 3rd 2014
