GLADSOME, I notice from your post info that you are rackin' up the fitness minutes. The key to losing weight is eating less (you're doing that). The key to sculpting your body is exercise (you're doing that). You are doing all the right things to make this happen! If you are not already using the Nutrition Tracker, you MUST start using it. Learn it. Love it. Live it. If you make sure you stay within the bottom line ranges set for daily calories, carbs, fat, and protein, plus keep up the exercise, you will see jaw-dropping results. I promise. It will happen if you do those things.
