There's no super-easy way to send a SparkMail to all of your friends at once, if that's what you're asking. I don't think you've lost it; I don't think there has ever been one (although I never tried to do that, so it could be a recent change. Either way, it's not there now for anyone.)
As Joe and others have said, using your blog more would be much, much better than using SparkMail. That way, those who want to check in with you can do so whenever they want. You are even likely to find new friends that way. I know that I have made new friends when I saw old friends' comments on their blogs, went to read them, and found that we had interests in common.
So whenever you have something that you'd like to say to all of your friends, write it in your blog. In their friend feed, it will say "DaveMalyon posted the blog entry ____" with the title you put on your blog. Then all they have to do is click!

That doesn't sound like an appropriate way to be using e-mail. I think that you are confusing friends with followers.
You should try blogging. There is also a message board meant for sharing blogs with the larger community. You can find it if you click on the large Message Board icon above and to the left. Read down the page until you see it.
There is also a message board specifically for technical problems and questions about how the site works--this main board is not really where you are supposed to be posting these kinds of questions.
Are you new to using the internet? Maybe a real-life friend or family member could walk you through some of this in person.

I "get it" Dave, you're excited to be at a place where people help each other towards a common goal; to live a healthy life-style but that said this is also an internet web site and though I have many good friends here I don't treat them with the same intensity on a friendship level because like in real life you have some close friends, some not so close friends and some best friends and we all don't treat those friendships equally, do we? So sending a spark mailer to all of your contacts and then being upset that not every one of them is responding is like treating all of your friends (from your best friends to someone you barely know but you'd call them a friend) the exact same way.
Maybe send individual spark mailers to folks that you might share an interest with and if they respond then great but if they don't then oh well, it does take two to tango, hahahaha.
For me, personally, I really like to communicate to most others out here in the open forums, I only have a handful of SP friends who I send mailers to (they know who they arrrrrrrrre, LOL!).
Dave, keep on KEEPING ON and keep up the good work you seem to be doing.

i like to mail friends everyday if they find that too much i wish they wud delete me...or i cud delete all of em and say add me only if you wanna have daily mail....
Maybe some folks "blocked" you? Using SparkMail as often as you use it and in the manner you use it may be too much for some folks. I haven't blocked you but I do read but I just don't respond because I see you on the message boards so if I got something to say to you I'll post a reply on your thread (like this one).
You should write more blogs, maybe a Daily Dave Blog.
