I don't think there's any health habits that can add inches to your height. Genetics will determine whether or not you're done growing.

hello to everyone. Just wonderin' if i could still add inches to my height at an age of 19 years. I don't drink alcohol anymore, I'm not a heavy drinker way back in the past, and I didn't touch a single stick of cigarette and prefer not to smoke. My height now is 5'6.1 and I'm still hoping that I could still add inches to my height. Any thoughts on how to start with exercise routines or proper food intake to possibly, if ever, add inches to height? thank you :)
