I receive frequent newsletters from Sparkpeople with exercises of the day, and I inadvertently deleted an exercise that I want to view now. It was the " upsidedown one", the one where you lay on the floor with your butt on the floor right next to the wall and your legs up on the wall, etc...... I have searched "sparkpeople" and nothing comes up!! Anyone know how I can again access this?
