My story is too long to tell in the post, but a couple of the big changes I have made are upping my miles from 1 mile a day to 4 too 6 miles per day, adding weight training, and cutting out sugar.

Just joined and am loving the site. I would love to hear from you as well. I am currently on a weight loss ambition of about 35lbs. I am on day 2 of a 7 day challenge with advocate products. I am feeling the difference already.
