Way to go. I'm into my 3rd week of P90X. Last night was my first time doing Plyometrics without modifying any of the moves. Lasted about 40 minutes before I was ready to pass out, lol

Keep going PBPHILLIPS62! I just finished my first round of INSANITY on Sunday; restarted again on Monday. It's CRAZY, but so worth it! You can do it. If you haven't already, there is a SparkTeam called "Insanity and the Asylum Insaniacs", with a lot of support from others who are doing the program-- you should join us! "Dig Deeper!"

the first day i could only do 5 mins, day 2 10 min.s, day 3 25 mins. On day four i decided i was going to finish the whole hour, 48mins, i did it! it took 2 hours and tons of rest, towel and lots of water, but i did the whole 48 mins of insanity work out. fun fun fun!
