Way to go. I'm into my 3rd week of P90X. Last night was my first time doing Plyometrics without modifying any of the moves. Lasted about 40 minutes before I was ready to pass out, lol

Keep going PBPHILLIPS62! I just finished my first round of INSANITY on Sunday; restarted again on Monday. It's CRAZY, but so worth it! You can do it. If you haven't already, there is a SparkTeam called "Insanity and the Asylum Insaniacs", with a lot of support from others who are doing the program-- you should join us! emoticon emoticon "Dig Deeper!"
