without more details...this is all I can say.
- make sure you're doing stuff with proper form. I would say that 99% of people I see at the gym do stuff incorrectly.
- start gradually instead of going gung ho.

i swear everytime im doing well i get injured then im out for weeks b4 i get back and have to start it all again
