I use the Nutrition Tracker faithfully and it helps me with the proper nutrition information to maintain a healthy life style, I have lost 35 lbs but since I'm able to do variety of fitness my body is changing more rapidly than the scale is showing with this said I focus on this to be motivated. emoticon emoticon

I always wondered what would happen if I wasn't able to get in my exercise due to injury. Injury from my exercise that is. I developed a problem with the sterno-clavicular joint from helping to carry heavy tables 2.5 months ago. Must have the ligaments because I am still not right and it is limiting me. Of course falling off my bike 3 times since then hasn't helped (just got pedal clips to increase efficiency - right, how efficient is it if I can't cycle at all). I mostly commute on my bike and this problem hasn't stopped that, though I notice it on long weekend rides. The place I get my biggest calorie burn is swimming. I was swimming 2 to 3 kilometres at least 3 times a week. So, I'm still limited in what I swim and how far/long.
It could be worse, but I'm noticing that I haven't changed my eating habits enough because in the absence of exercise (occasionally) I don't like the direction of the numbers on the scale. I've lost 68 lbs to date with 5 - 15 lbs left. I need to refocus on healthy eating. But am having trouble staying motivated; it's discouraging when I can't get a proper workout.
