I always prefer outdoors with the exception of extreme weather such as thunderstorms, over 90 degrees F or under 20 degrees F., freezing rain, icy road conditions, or winds over 45 mph. I live in a very safe, rural area with country roads and no street lamps (no stop lights, either!). I will go outside every chance I get to do just about anything. That is one reason why I don't like cooking! It is generally done indoors!

I bike, jog, hike four seasons of the year, and swim outdoors on warm summer days. On inclement weather days I do exercise classes or bike, jog, and swim indoors.

I prefer outdoors (except in really hot or really cold weather), but I recently joined Curves, so I'm pretty much indoors these days.

I like the idea of being outside, I like taking walks, but the "big two" as far as outside exercise goes, running and biking, are not really my thing, so I work out inside.

Im my home environment, because of bad roads, crazy drivers, no parks, robbers it is safer to exercise indoors. But which do you prefer indoors or outdoors exercises?
