Ooooo chocolate. You and me both! Try sticking to dark chocolate and maybe eating it on top of a strawberry or something healthy. My favourite snack is pieces of frozen banana blended up with some cocoa powder. Yum! Best of luck in your journey. If you're really addicted to chocolate try refraining from any sweets for a month to tame that tooth. :D

Each day i make sure i stay in my goal for eating less and execise more.Some days it isnt as easy.Specially when chocolate has enter the building.
