Fresh hot Italian bread with creamy butter and a caramel latte - for breakfast every day. The year I lived in Miami, I had Cuban bread toasted with butter and Cuban coffee every day. Great effect on the taste buds, bad effect on the scale.

Buffets! Especially Chinese and pizza buffets.
Hot wings, donuts, and jalepeno Cheetos.
I know I don't have to give any of it up completely (well, except maybe buffets, because I have the "get my money's worth" complex), but of that list, I've only had hot wings (half a serving) so far in the Spark journey.
A former co-workers wife's cheesecake. The best ever! When I left that job after 22 years, they asked what I wanted as a going away gift. I said nothing but Jeanette A*****'s cheesecake recipe. And she WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME!! Said it was a family recipe. Couldn't believe it. But maybe in the end it was a good thing!
