So I decided last fall that to help me with my weight loss goals I would participate in a 5k walk. For many reasons it seemed like I wasn't going to make it to the Oct walk but I did it and it felt good. Again for many reasons I fell off the wagon with my exercise. I saw an opportunity to participate in a 6k walk at my alma mater and took it. I finished and it felt great (though my feet hurt big time at the end of the day). Today I finished the Biggest Loser 5k walk in Rockford. I think I hit a personal best time of 55 min and 51 seconds! I did this by running a little bit along the way- it was hard but worth it. What a rush to cross the finish line running!
